Unlike technical skills that become outdated as soon as they launch, soft skills stay true. They hold value and will continue to be desired in the workplace—even after robots.

According to a recent McKinsey study, creative leaders outperform their peers on key financial metrics. When looking at the financial results of companies whose ACS were in the top quartile, they performed better than peer firms on 3 key measures:

  2. 70% have above average total return to shareholders
  3. 74% have above net enterprise value (NEV/Forward EBITDA)2
