Akira Furumoto is a highly experienced trainer and innovation facilitator with over two decades of expertise in leadership and organizational development. As a certified ITS® (Innovative Thinking System) trainer, Aki has helped leaders, professionals, and organizations worldwide unlock new ways of thinking to drive transformation and sustainable growth.

With a strong background in management, and global project execution, Aki brings practical business insight into every session. He has successfully delivered ITS programs and leadership initiatives across Japan, the United States, Germany, China, and the Philippines, equipping participants to challenge unconscious thinking patterns, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and turn creative ideas into actionable results.
